- •Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary logistics team, setting clear goals and fostering high performance
- •Plan and oversee departmental resources and timelines, aligning material availability with production schedules
- •Mitigate risks related to shortages or delays
- •Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain smooth material flow
- •Organize and maintain logistics data, KPIs, and exception handling, including inventory accuracy and shipping lead times
- •Prepare documentation and SOPs for export/customs compliance and dangerous goods handling
