Anforderungen

  • •Demonstrated leadership background in microbiological quality control
  • •Strong understanding of GMP and GDP
  • •Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • •At least 5 years’ experience as people manager in quality control
  • •Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills
  • •Proficient in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus

  • •Conduct environmental monitoring and cleaning validation
  • •Test raw materials and in-process controls
  • •Oversee product release testing
  • •Investigate and resolve OOX in a timely manner
  • •Complete method verification plans for new customers and products
  • •Ensure procedural documents for microbiological processes are in place
  • •Maintain audit readiness for Health Authorities inspections
  • •Prepare for customer visits
  • •Collect all QC analytical samples on time
  • •Evaluate analytical testing to meet business expectations
  • •Establish quality systems for monitoring utilities and the environment
  • •Develop procedural documents for Environmental Monitoring
  • •Create documents for Clean Utilities Monitoring
  • •Document testing results according to GDP
