Anforderungen
- •Studies in Supply Chain Management or relevant training with comparable professional experience
- •At least 5 years of relevant experience in material planning and operational procurement
- •Experience with SCM planning tools
- •Experience in a GxP-regulated environment
- •High level of responsibility, flexibility, and conscientious and independent working style
- •Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills
- •Strong communication and organizational skills
- •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- •Willingness for a hybrid model with presence at our Mainz office

- •Ensure material availability for production and clinical trials
- •Functionally lead global alignment and standardization of materials
- •Plan and forecast network specialty materials
- •Implement a planning system autonomously
- •Establish and optimize procedures for material exchangeability
- •Manage the material life cycle, including onboarding support
- •Lead shelf-life extension projects
- •Coordinate phase-out of materials
- •Drive supply base design and evaluation based on technical and quality criteria
- •Manage inventory control and supply criticality
- •Align material supply with regulatory and compliance requirements
