Anforderungen
- •University degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- •Advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA, CTA, or equivalent preferred
- •Several years of experience in international tax
- •Strong knowledge of international tax regulations, transfer pricing, and tax compliance
- •Experience in handling complex tax projects, including M&A, restructurings, and tax audits
- •Proven experience in working with tax authorities and external advisors
- •Proficiency in tax software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) required
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide tax support for designated foreign countries
- •Monitor and analyze changes in international tax law
- •Communicate key updates to internal stakeholders
- •Review and assist with tax reporting for subsidiaries
- •Participate in tax projects like liquidations and mergers
- •Support tax audits and ensure compliance with authorities
- •Act as the primary tax contact for foreign tax authorities
- •Analyze tax consequences of reorganizations
- •Collaborate with external tax advisors on complex issues
- •Prepare and submit applications for tax certificates of residence
