Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field
  • •Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
  • •At least 3 years of proven leadership experience
  • •Strong hands-on experience with SAP (e.g., MM, Ariba or similar procurement modules)
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Solid experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • •Deep understanding of indirect procurement categories and processes
  • •Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • •Persuasive and confident personality with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • •Strong team-player mindset with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • •Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally up to 30%
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • •Additional major European languages are a plus

  • •Establish and manage regional contract frameworks
  • •Champion a proactive procurement culture and ensure compliance
  • •Benchmark and implement best-in-class procurement tools and methodologies
  • •Own the strategic direction and execution of the indirect procurement roadmap
  • •Design and manage contracting frameworks for indirect categories
  • •Establish and manage data-driven spend visibility and supplier performance systems
  • •Initiate and lead category development projects for measurable business impact
