Anforderungen
- •Technical or scientific training/studies or more than five years of professional experience in the field of HSE
- •Professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in manufacturing in the chemical industry
- •Good knowledge of legal regulations and standards in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, sustainability, and chemicals legislation
- •Knowledge of water, air and soil protection and waste
- •Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- •Completed training as a FaSi is an advantage
- •Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
- •Ability to present/communicate content and conduct training courses
- •Analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels

- •Implement regulatory requirements for health and safety
- •Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards
- •Oversee sustainability and chemical safety measures
- •Coordinate machine safety protocols with department heads
- •Plan and conduct internal and external audits
- •Facilitate training sessions for staff
- •Support the organization in implementing group requirements
- •Manage or collaborate on sub-projects
- •Prepare reports and maintain specific statistics
- •Execute internal projects to enhance safety standards
- •Advise on official approval procedures
- •Collaborate with authorities and external service providers
- •Consult with the SEO on HSE matters
- •Coordinate with HSE organizations like SurTec, FCS, and Freudenberg
