**Your to-do list:**
* Leadership and further development of the service team, which serves as the local point of contact for all employees in Germany.
* Development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the service area in cooperation with the global shared service centre.
* Responsible for optimising transactional processes across all people functions.
* Creation and maintenance of knowledge management documentation and development of training materials.
* Ensuring effective reporting with relevant KPIs to evaluate the performance of the HR department.
* Representation of an integrated people function and monitoring of the company's service initiatives.
**Your must-haves:**
* Several years of professional experience in a comparable service-oriented position, ideally with leadership experience of virtual teams.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel.
* Experience with SAP HR and Workday as well as knowledge of case management tools.
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels and in an international environment.
* Fluent written and spoken German and English.
