Anforderungen
- •Above average degree in business administration, preferably master's in finance, LLM, or CPA
- •Strong knowledge in accounting and applied financial theory
- •Several years of experience in corporate finance, either in industrial company or consulting
- •Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including leading international, cross-functional teams
- •High level of commitment, strong communication skills, and sense of ownership
- •Excellent English and German language skills, additional languages preferred
- •Ability to mentor and motivate teams in a distressed environment

- •Oversee the budget review process for all business verticals
- •Ensure budget alignment with corporate objectives
- •Lead initiatives to optimize Free Cash Flow and Working Capital
- •Drive efficiency and financial stability across the organization
