Anforderungen

•Above average degree in business administration, preferably master's in finance, LLM, or CPA
•Strong knowledge in accounting and applied financial theory
•Several years of experience in corporate finance, either in industrial company or consulting
•Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including leading international, cross-functional teams
•High level of commitment, strong communication skills, and sense of ownership
•Excellent English and German language skills, additional languages preferred
•Ability to mentor and motivate teams in a distressed environment
•Pragmatic, hands-on team player
•Flexibility to travel

•Oversee the budget review process for all business verticals
•Ensure budget alignment with corporate objectives
•Lead initiatives to optimize Free Cash Flow and Working Capital
•Drive efficiency and financial stability across the organization
