- •Degree in communications, marketing, event management, or related field
- •At least 8 years of managerial experience ideally within premium, luxury, or cultural environments
- •Strong experience leading complex creative and operational event programs from concept to delivery
- •Proven experience building and developing teams, including organizational structuring and skill development
- •Solid understanding of brand identity, scenography, and visual coherence across markets

- •Align initiatives with the Head of Brand Scenography
- •Create innovative experiential concepts for storytelling
- •Oversee customer journey design and event execution
- •Identify opportunities to enhance global presence
- •Ensure consistency across local market activations
- •Develop and implement global guidelines and best practices
- •Structure the department and allocate project responsibilities
- •Lead and support a team of nine, fostering collaboration
- •Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, and Retail teams
- •Engage agencies and strategic partners for quality outcomes
- •Define KPIs and manage the global budget
- •Measure impact and ROI of events
