**About the job:**
As a Manager in our CRM Advisory team, you will take a key role in shaping the digital transformation of leading banks and insurers by driving CRM strategy and implementation. You combine industry knowledge with technical CRM expertise (ideally Salesforce or BSI) to create tangible value for our clients.
* Advise clients on CRM strategy, operating models, and platform implementation (focus on Salesforce or BSI)
* Lead and deliver CRM transformation projects from conception to go-live
* Act as project or sub-project lead with responsibility for team management, timelines, and client engagement
* Identify client needs and support business development initiatives and proposals
* Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem players to deliver holistic solutions
* Contribute to internal knowledge building and mentoring of junior colleagues
**About you:**
* Master’s degree from a recognized university or university of applied sciences
* Strong project experience in CRM transformation projects within the financial services industry, preferably in insurance.
* Deep expertise in Salesforce and/or BSI CRM solutions (certifications are a plus)
* Solid understanding of insurance processes and customer engagement models (CRM / CLM knowledge in banking is a plus)
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (minimum B2 level)
