Then join us and drive the change! ## Your Tasks: * Ensuring monthly management reports with consistent data quality including meaningful comments on deviations from plan in business development, taking into account the defined deadlines and KPI definitions * Ensuring timely external reporting to associations * Providing internal reports & ad-hoc analyses to management and other departments (e.g. product profitability, process costs, scenario analyses) * Recommendation of measures to control the monthly result * Organization of the entire forecasting and planning process (balance sheet & P&L and KPIs) of Toyota Kreditbank including coordination of the necessary inputs from other departments, in particular Marketing & Sales, Dealer Finance, Risk Management and Treasury * Recommend measures for KPI planning, taking into account the given framework conditions * Ensuring adequate management of sales in cooperation with the management by analyzing the financial information available in the systems (primarily Essbase, CBS, COGNOS and SAP) (sales, penetration, purchased contracts, portfolio, revenues, interest expenses, risk costs, OPEX) * Providing management with pricing simulations and various scenarios to support well-founded, business-relevant decisions * Ensuring cost center and cost type accounting using SAP CO with the aim of informing management and cost center managers about the cost situation (target/actual comparison) * Ensuring the monthly analysis of OPEX, CAPEX and project data with regard to budget deviations, determining the causes and advising the cost center managers, as well as countermeasures or escalation to the supervisor * Management and further development of employees ## Your Profile: * A successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or a similar field of study * 5 years of professional and management experience in controlling, preferably in a bank or financial services company * Sound experience in planning and management reporting * High degree of IT affinity, especially in dealing with SAP, MS Office and BI tools (preferably Hyperion Essbase or Cognos Impromptu) * Basic knowledge of IFRS and knowledge of risk management methods * A high degree of independence, initiative and creativity * Very good communication skills and a strong ability to persuade others * Ability to present complex issues in a clear manner * A high level of commitment and reliability * Very good written and spoken English and German skills **What we offer:** ## Wir bieten Ihnen: We offer you a progressive workplace with challenging, varied tasks in a dynamic environment and a pleasant working atmosphere.
