## Your tasks:
* Continuous Improvement (TEOA) Leader of the Wört and Dinkelsbühl sites
* Plan, execute and track actions and lean development plans in line with the strategic and operational planning of the business unit/region
* In collaboration with site management and the associated team, coordinate the development of the value streams and lean development plans so that the plant targets (star levels) can be achieved
* Identify and organize the resources required to achieve successful implementation according to plan, to achieve successful implementation according to plan
* Evaluate and report on implemented measures
* Support and advise Lean Practitioners/Kaizen Facilitators (including Talent Management)
* Identify training needs for employees on problem-solving techniques and Continuous Improvement tools and organize training measures
* Manage improvement projects and be responsible for achieving CCSI and OMP metrics
* Actively participate in the implementation of the Continuous Improvement culture
* Communicate successful Demonstrated Practices (SDP's) to employees
