Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead Continuous Improvement for Wört and Dinkelsbühl sites.
  • •Plan, execute, and track lean development actions.
  • •Coordinate value stream development with site management.
  • •Identify and organize resources for successful implementation.
  • •Evaluate and report on implemented measures.
  • •Support and advise Lean Practitioners and Kaizen Facilitators.

# Manager Continuous Improvement (m/f/d) Recruiter: Dmitrij Shtutman Relocation: No Travel: Less than 10% Education Experience: Bachelors Degree (High School +4 years) Employment Experience: 7-10 years ## Why should you join: TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports. ## Your tasks: * Continuous Improvement (TEOA) Leader of the Wört and Dinkelsbühl sites * Plan, execute and track actions and lean development plans in line with the strategic and operational planning of the business unit/region * In collaboration with site management and the associated team, coordinate the development of the value streams and lean development plans so that the plant targets (star levels) can be achieved * Identify and organize the resources required to achieve successful implementation according to plan, to achieve successful implementation according to plan * Evaluate and report on implemented measures * Support and advise Lean Practitioners/Kaizen Facilitators (including Talent Management) * Identify training needs for employees on problem-solving techniques and Continuous Improvement tools and organize training measures * Manage improvement projects and be responsible for achieving CCSI and OMP metrics * Actively participate in the implementation of the Continuous Improvement culture * Communicate successful Demonstrated Practices (SDP's) to employees * Leading improvement projects such as the implementation of a new material flow control system * Planning, implementing and tracking digital factory measures in line with the strategic and operational planning of the business unit / region * Supporting the creation of the site strategy map with the involvement of the site management team * Developing the site hoshin kanri process and managing the target process in collaboration with the site management team * Responsibility for the introduction of the digital factory within the plant * Focus on generating added value within the digital factory * Deepening artificial intelligence at the site with a focus on applied savings projects ## Your ideal background: * Completed studies with a technical background * At least 5 years of professional experience in leading continuous improvement processes and lean management * At least 2 years of leadership experience * Extensive experience in the use of lean tools * Strong interpersonal skills required as well as very good negotiation and communication skills * Business fluent in German and English * Strong analytical skills, strategic and tactical thinking and problem solving skills are required * Strong project management know-how * Willingness to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization * Six Sigma Green Belt or higher education preferred ## Competencies Building Effective Teams Motivating Others Managing and Measuring Work Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) Location: WOERT, BW, DE, 73499 City: WOERT State: BW Country/Region: DE Travel: Less than 10% Requisition ID: 135685 Alternative Locations: Function: Continuous Improvement **Job Segment:** Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Project Manager, Management, Bilingual, Technology, Automotive
