Anforderungen
- •Several years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Management Accounting, and Group Consolidation
- •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field with focus on Finance, Controlling & Accounting, or relevant professional certification
- •A few years of international experience in a global, cross-cultural environment
- •Experience working in agile, complex, data-driven environments
- •Strong project and process management skills
- •Excellent knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Accounting, IFRS, and proficiency in SAP FI/CO, SAP Group Reporting, SEM BCS, MS Office
- •Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
- •Analytical, result-oriented mindset with high customer centricity

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and execute consolidation activities
- •Support financial planning and budgeting
- •Assist with forecasting and product costing
- •Coordinate end-to-end processes of the GBS European Service Center
- •Collaborate with service line teams for comprehensive interface coverage
- •Prepare and review sub-group financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- •Utilize SAP Group Reporting for financial data management
- •Analyze and validate data for the regional GBS R2R team
- •Coordinate quarterly and yearly IFRS reporting to the global group
- •Serve as the main contact for stakeholders on regional consolidation
- •Ensure accurate validation and reconciliation of financial statements
- •Deliver financial reports on time within the regional GBS scope
- •Lead continuous process improvements and mentor junior colleagues
- •Manage projects to optimize accounting activities and GBS ESC development
