What you'll do
- Develop, challenge and align
technical strategies in your area of responsibility together with internal
and external stakeholders in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Work closely with
cross-divisional teams, provide accurate and timely technical engineering
knowledge and support for capital investment projects (innovation /
capacity expansions / maintenance), from inception to completion whilst
bearing an End-to-End view in mind.
- Establish and align key
performance indicators with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Collaborate and proactively
develop with new as well as preferred supplier best and optimized
technology as well as continuous process improvements including risk and
countermeasure analysis
- Scout and integrate new
technologies suitable for Henkel's environment.
- Develop and maintain standards and technical
documentation including manuals and guidelines for machinery, test plans,
validation procedures, installation
and usage
What makes you a good fit
- Master's degree with focus on
engineering, supply chain, process technology, production or similar

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

Good understanding and
knowledge of FMCG industry, preferably in filling, packaging, and
single-unit dose processes
- Very
high level of self management and flexibility
- Ability
to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels in
multi-functional teams with good and strong team spirit
- Strong
analytical and problem solving skills to identify critical issues,
evaluate options and drive to resolution

Willingness to travel globally on project basis with fluctuating time impact

Fluent
English language skills with ability to interact effectively with all
levels of management
