**Manager Clinical Education (f/m/d)**
**Your Tasks**
* Lead and educate the clinical specialist team to support Arthrex’s training curriculum for employees and healthcare professionals
* Develop and execute motor skills labs and training sessions for healthcare professionals
* Serve as a technical and clinical expert advisor for Arthrex, its departments and EMEA-subsidiaries
* Maintain expert knowledge of orthopedic concepts, Arthrex products, and clinical procedures
* Coordinate educational programs in line with product management strategies
* Present and teach safe and effective use of Arthrex products and techniques
* Create analyses to determine training requirements using company-specific software and provide reporting data on clinical education standards
**Your Profile**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in bio-medical sciences or related fields
* Experience: Several years of experience in orthopedic surgery, musculoskeletal medicine, or the orthopedic industry
* Preferred: Experience as a physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or medical doctor in orthopedic surgery
* Leadership and Expertise: Orthopedic knowledge, training program development, team leadership
* Communication: Fluent English and German skills, customer-focused, confident, team player
* Organization and Analysis: High responsibility, organizational skills, work under pressure, training needs analysis
