## Job Description We are looking for a **Manager, Channel  Account Management (M/W/D)**based in our German officecovering the CEE region (DACH & Eastern Europe), someone up to the challenge of being part of the team that is setting the strategy and shaping how CyberArk engages and succeeds with the CyberArk partners and related ecosystem. This role is key to consolidating our position as a trusted partner and a market leader in Identity Security. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a regional point of contact for the partner ecosystem, becoming a thought leader and delivering consistent world-class partner experience. * Leading and Mentoring a team of Channel Account Managers and Strategic Partner managers * Deliver and execute the sales plans with the business-partners, ensuring business continuity in existing business models and opening new unchartered in the assigned territory. * Build trust by leveraging strategic CXO / Director level relationships and align across stakeholders to identify opportunities to growth together at scale in the assigned territory. * Grow and develop incremental pipeline through collaboration with marketing, business partners and sales teams, across the CEE region: * Position CyberArk´s unique portfolio as part of the business-partners value proposition, landing and expanding Identity Security solutions within target profiles of existing and new customers. * Establish effective cross team collaboration and present regular updates on sales results to channel, sales and program stakeholders. *#LI-HEH* ## Qualifications * Circa 7 years´ of successful Channel Management experience with the partner ecosystem (VARs/GSIs/Advisories/MSPs/CSPs). * 5+ years’ experience in managing a channel team * Strong track record working with sales teams through strategic channel partners. * Great communicator with the ability to engage, present and work at senior levels is key. * Excellent analytic skills and accountability, familiar with Salesforce.com * Experience working for / or with Security Software Companies is a huge plus. * German mandatory additional European languages including proficiency in English an advantage * Travel as required, approx. 30 - 50% ## Additional Information *We are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, where every individual's unique background, perspective, and contribution is celebrated.
