We are all role models of empowerment, empathy, and respect. ## Bring to life what's next Prepare, design, and implement transformations in business and IT that have an impact on the organizational structure, the way of working and the culture * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges * Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects simultaneously * Supervise and mentor a team of consultants and analysts * Evaluate clients' existing technology systems and infrastructure * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization * Recommend technology solutions that align with client objectives * Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation efforts * Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies * Seek opportunities to enhance consulting methodologies * Drive innovation and improvement within the consulting practice ## Your qualifications * **Academic excellence**: outstanding bachelor's or master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business and/or Information Technology * **Industry knowledge**: strong knowledge (4 to 7 years) of practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. * **Consulting experience**: strong consulting experience (4+ years) and strong project management and/or change management skills. * **Conceptual talent**: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Communication and presentation skills**: fluency in English and German (Zurich/Basel) or French (Lausanne/Geneva) is mandatory (minimum C1 level written and spoken). Strong presentation and moderation skills. * **Leadership experience**: experience in management with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence.
