Anforderungen

•Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or comparable field
•Solid knowledge of accounting (Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable) and IFRS
•Several years of experience in managing Shared Service Centers or BPO projects in an international environment
•Expertise in process and project management
•Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/SD/MM/RPA) and methodologies such as LEAN
•Leadership experience with decentralized, international teams
•Stress resilience and composure
•Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead and coordinate two Shared Service Centers in India
•Develop new process improvements
•Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
•Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
•Ensure high-quality sub-ledger accounting
•Monitor day-to-day business operations
•Intervene to maintain high-quality accounting across the Group
•Drive standardization and optimization of processes with BPO partner
•Collaborate with stakeholders at headquarters and local countries
•Monitor correct invoicing of BPO services
•Coordinate contract changes
•Shape strategic development of outsourced services
•Identify opportunities for centralization and outsourcing
•Report process improvements and relevant KPIs to top management
