Anforderungen

  • •Completed studies in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • •First years of professional experience in Data Analytics, BI, Controlling, or Data Science
  • •Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • •Experience in processing and interpreting complex and large amounts of data and communicating to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • •Analytical thinking skills paired with strong business acumen
  • •First knowledge of pricing strategies, promotional analytics, or trade spend optimization is a plus
  • •Fluent in English; fluency in German is a plus
  • •Highly analytical, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Analyze internal and external data to identify growth opportunities
  • •Support pricing simulations and revenue modeling
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau
  • •Perform complex data analyses from various systems
  • •Define metrics and standards for data quality and consistency
  • •Document data models, sources, and analysis processes
  • •Act as a subject matter expert between RGM and IT
  • •Translate business and reporting requirements into actionable recommendations
  • •Contribute analytically to the Commercial Excellence initiative
  • •Support strategic projects with data-driven insights
