Anforderungen
- •Accounting degree or similar with a focus on finance and accounting
- •8+ years of total relevant experience, including accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS/US GAAP, with at least 2+ years of managing people
- •3+ years of working experience in an auditing firm (BIG 4 is a plus) ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA license or equivalent
- •Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities
- •Deep understanding of revenue recognition principles and differences between HGB and IFRS/US GAAP
- •Precise, structured and independent way of working with high quality standards
- •Team-player capable of working both collaboratively and independently
- •Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- •Fluent in English and German

- •Own the monthly close process

- •Elevate reporting, compliance, and controls
- •Refine the end-to-end accounting process
- •Prepare and review journal entries
- •Conduct account reconciliations
- •Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- •Coordinate tax work with service providers
- •Maintain accounting policies and documentation
- •Drive continuous improvement and automation
- •Leverage AI for accounting processes
- •Assist with Group and statutory audits
- •Lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team
- •Lead and develop the Accounts Payable team
- •Lead and develop the General Ledger team
