Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in service-focused roles
  • Experience in project management or service sales
  • Experience within Power Plants or Waste-to-Energy environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in project and service execution
  • Experience mentoring junior professionals
  • Ability to navigate matrix or cross-functional organizations
  • Solid understanding of WtX technologies and local regulations
  • Strong capabilities in contract management, negotiations, and financial planning
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and revenue forecasting
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably IFS) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Outstanding communication and influencing abilities
  • Fluency in local language and English
  • Willingness to travel 20–40%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Manage and coach Account Managers across two locations
  • Ensure strong performance and customer focus
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for key customers
  • Support the team in managing customer portfolios
  • Conduct customer visits and lead negotiations
  • Grow share-of-wallet in service categories 4, 5, 6, and 8
  • Increase service contracts and overall revenue
  • Coordinate planning and execution of service projects
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects
  • Promote QHSE compliance and consistent documentation
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with various departments
  • Support reporting, invoicing accuracy, and financial tracking
  • Maintain regular on-site presence at the Regional Service Center
  • Represent the Regional Service Center within the global community
  • Contribute to risk management and operational efficiency
  • Achieve targets for OI, CM, Net Sales, and customer satisfaction
