  • Manage the CFO’s agenda with proactive planning
  • Coordinate inputs for leadership meetings
  • Prepare briefing materials and track follow-up items
  • Provide analytical support by preparing summaries and dashboards
  • Assist in scenario planning and financial modeling
  • Act as a liaison between the CFO and stakeholders
  • Create high-quality slide decks for meetings
  • Draft memos and maintain clear documentation
  • Support Finance projects by tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Gather information and prepare simple reports
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
  • Consolidate inputs and support ad-hoc tasks for the CFO
  • Organize governance routines and prepare materials
  • Maintain calendars for recurring processes
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Coordinate with internal functions for smooth operations
  • Assist in organizing team activities and knowledge-sharing sessions
