- •Provide active support and advice to customers in Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance departments
- •Embody the Sephora Attitude by being welcoming, knowledgeable, and effective in closing sales
- •Sell products using in-depth product knowledge and build customer relationships
- •Share knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news with customers
- •Continuously develop your own beauty expertise
- •Share your expertise with the team
- •Deliver short and insightful services across all departments
- •Implement beauty classes for customers
- •Manage the Beauty Hub responsibilities
- •Develop team looks to support brands, trends, and animations
- •Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- •Maintain assortment and merchandise
- •Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale
- •Clean furniture and products on the sales floor
- •Warehouse and stock goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- •Assist with the conversion and construction of merchandising updates
- •Conduct inventories
- •Operate the cash register
- •Perform additional tasks related to daily business operations
