Anforderungen

•Enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field
•Strong interest in maintenance, reliability, asset management, and operational excellence
•Highly organized with methodical approach to data management and problem-solving
•Excellent communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis
•Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
•Familiarity with maintenance concepts like preventive maintenance (PM), CMMS, or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
•Prior exposure to SAP

Deine Aufgaben

•Consolidate existing spare parts information into a master data list
•Contact equipment vendors to acquire missing spare parts lists
•Perform criticality assessments on spare parts for equipment uptime
•Support the Asset Criticality Assessment for site equipment
•Migrate the spare parts list into SAP CMMS for maintenance planning
•Define procurement rules in SAP based on part criticality and lead times
•Conduct data validation checks post-migration
•Train maintenance technicians on the new workflow
