Deine Aufgaben

•Create customer quotations for initial work scope and rectification actions
•Review, create, and update maintenance Work Orders in AMOS software
•Analyze and plan aircraft projects considering workload and staff availability
•Communicate with customers, MCC, and CAMO about work packages and scheduling
•Support Production teams to ensure efficient project performance
•Organize and monitor subcontractors, validating their invoices
•Ensure internal documentation complies with procedures and regulations
•Compile Work Reports and CRS documentation at project completion
•Create customer invoices and program claims, reviewing as necessary
•Develop work templates for maintenance projects to optimize resources
•Collect feedback to implement best practices and improve processes
•Act as Jetfly's interface to customers, ensuring excellent support
•Propose continuous improvement initiatives for evaluation and implementation
