Anforderungen
- •Completed technical vocational training in Automation Technician, Electronics Technician, or similar field
- •Additional training or expertise in vacuum systems or related technologies
- •Hands-on experience in maintenance of semiconductor production systems or comparable industrial equipment
- •Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics; experience with diffusion systems
- •Familiarity with metrology tools for process control
- •Strong team player with problem-solving ability and organizational skills

- •Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production systems
- •Perform proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of diffusion equipment

- •Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams
- •Participate in system upgrade and modernization projects
- •Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status
- •Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues
- •Train and mentor colleagues on diffusion systems and best maintenance practices
- •Promote compliance with safety regulations and procedures
