Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience or 2+ years with Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields
- •Depth and breadth in machine learning methods, LLM training, and post-training techniques
- •Advanced coding skills in Python, C/C++, or Java
- •Hands-on experience with machine learning model development using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- •Experience with large-scale text and/or audio data processing and distributed systems
- •Proven mathematical knowledge and understanding of machine learning and statistics
- •Effective contribution within a team environment
- •Experience building deep learning models in PyTorch, training and evaluating multilingual or multimodal LLMs, optimizing distributed training on GPUs, clear communication skills, and a record of publishing in top-tier conferences

- •Build and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for machine translation
