Uniper is part of Sweden´s vital societal functions and critical infrastructure which is why this position may be subject to wartime placement. Health and drug tests are performed if applicable.
**Your profile**
* 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with a proven track record of successful IT transformation projects (SAP, non-SAP, Infrastructure), preferably in the context of larger integration or de-integration initiatives
* Excellent analytical skills, structured working method and safe handling of integration topics, including detailed planning tasks and problem-solving skills

* Infrastructure
* Assets, Commercials, Licenses and Contracts (SLA)
* Processes, Security, GDPR and Compliance
* Business Strategy, Approach to IT Infrastructure and Applications

* Experience in typical management consultancy skills, e.g. forming teams with different cultural backgrounds, moderating workshops, driving decisions with senior stakeholders, actively managing change curves
* Excellent communication skills and precise messaging, both verbal and written, from operational level up to senior management level stakeholders, high-quality slide writing is a must
* Proven experience in business areas of the energy industry is preferred
* Willingness to travel if project assignment requires it
