## Job Description
In this key role, we are looking for a solution-oriented and process-driven professional who is passionate about improving strategic business processes and ensuring high execution quality in Large Scale Projects (LSP). You bring a structured mindset and a hands-on mentality to drive impactful initiatives that support our countries and regions globally. Your ability to connect strategy with real-life application makes you a valuable partner across all organizational levels.
In this position, you report directly to the Head of Large Scale Project Management and collaborate closely with Area, Region and Country Management teams. You act as a central enabler for process standardization, problem-solving, and performance improvement across Doka’s global LSP portfolio.
As **LSP Process & Implementation Manager**, you will...
* develop and implement key LSP business processes from early identification (Scouting) through to global prioritization (“Iconic Projects”), acquisition and execution
* support countries and regions in rolling out and applying strategic problem-solving measures (e.g. strategic LSP budget, material return guarantees, won-lost analysis, lessons learned, PjM 2.0)
* promote a unified “LSP Mindset” and enable global knowledge sharing
* act as a main contact for LSP-related process topics across regions and corporate functions
* drive process standardization, best practice sharing and continuous improvement
* monitor process performance and support decision-making with clear reporting
## Qualifications
* experience in the construction industry or project-based business, ideally with a focus on sales or execution
* strong understanding of strategic processes and business implementation
* skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
* strong analytical abilities and experience in designing business processes and visualizing performance data
* confident in developing and presenting reports and dashboards for a management audience
* excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written); German or additional languages are a plus
* proactive, structured and reliable personality with high service orientation
* international mindset and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)
## Additional Information
**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**
*We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 36,708.- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of III.*
