In this role, you will be the main contact for daily cross-functional and external stakeholder management concerning all day-to-day DC operations in Germany, through among others, planning, coordinating and optimizing warehousing solutions to the relevant client groups. The relevant client groups consist primarily of the different 3PL DC partners in the network, the retail, wholesale and digital teams. **Key Responsibilities**: Daily Operations * You’ll be reviewing daily operations, aligning on goals and KPIs, and resolving immediate issues to keep everything on track. * You'll handle operational challenges as they arise - from delays and discrepancies to quality concerns - ensuring swift and effective resolution. * You'll respond to ad hoc requests for reports, logistics insights, or cross-functional support as needed. Internal Stakeholder Management * You'll review performance metrics, fulfillment rates, and customer service concerns while managing quality control issues and escalations. * You’ll act as the main contact between warehouse operations and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments to achieve business goals. Reporting & Updates * You’ll generate and share reports on KPIs, inventory levels, and order statuses, and provide weekly updates to internal and external stakeholders. Project Involvement * You’ll be part of key projects - from implementing value-added services (like custom packaging) to setting up returns processes and integrating new business functions. * You’ll contribute through planning, coordination, and hands-on execution. Audit Support * You’ll support both internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and standards. You’ll also help implement corrective actions when necessary. **About You** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * You have 3–5 years of experience in logistics, service delivery, warehouse operations, or supply chain management - ideally in the fashion industry. * You bring a service mindset and strong attention to detail. * You understand the bigger picture, with a commercial and process-oriented approach that aligns with business needs. * You have strong problem-solving skills. * You’re able to work independently while being a great team player. * You’re results-driven, ambitious, and motivated to reach team and individual goals. * You manage time effectively, set priorities smartly, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time. * You communicate clearly and confidently in English (German is a plus). This is a hybrid position and you will be expected in office minimum 3 days per week.
