Anforderungen

•Technical degree (technician with additional qualification or higher)
•Experience in special and heavy engineering
•Process experience (QM, audit experience) and knowledge of ISO9001, VDA6.4, other product-specific standards
•Methodological knowledge such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC and knowledge of SAP
•Communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
•Resilience and structured way of working
•Proficiency in written and spoken English

Deine Aufgaben

•Organize the introduction of global processes in local units
•Secure global goals in line with local quality objectives
•Adapt tests and documentation to meet local requirements
•Collaborate with the DQM and local authorities
•Ensure the required quality organization is in place
•Control the improvement process for product and process quality
•Support and organize internal and external audits
•Establish quality reporting for the plant and global quality functions
