Anforderungen
- •Technical degree (technician with additional qualification or higher)
- •Experience in special and heavy engineering
- •Process experience (QM, audit experience) and knowledge of ISO9001, VDA6.4, other product-specific standards
- •Methodological knowledge such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC and knowledge of SAP
- •Communication skills, team spirit and assertiveness
- •Resilience and structured way of working
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English

- •Organize the introduction of global processes in local units
- •Secure global goals in line with local quality objectives
- •Adapt tests and documentation to meet local requirements
- •Collaborate with the DQM and local authorities
- •Ensure the required quality organization is in place
- •Control the improvement process for product and process quality
- •Support and organize internal and external audits
- •Establish quality reporting for the plant and global quality functions
