- •Participate in IT change management processes
- •Troubleshoot IT infrastructure incidents and application errors
- •Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults
- •Maintain the location-specific part of the active directory
- •Follow global architecture, security, and operational standards
- •Maintain location-specific IT documentation
- •Prioritize work in compliance with GBS IT Service Level Agreements
