Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or Social Sciences
- •Professional experience in a comparable role
- •Solid knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, social security law, and contract law
- •Strong MS Office and SAP HR skills
- •Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- •High level of commitment and team spirit
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
