Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Nursing, or equivalent professional experience
- •Minimum 3 years within pharmaceutical, CRO industry, or regulatory authority
- •Minimum 2 years within LCPPV role or relevant pharmacovigilance experience
- •Pharmacovigilance training and/or working experience as required by local regulations
- •Prior experience in Regulatory Affairs preferred
- •Expert knowledge of ICH GVP and relevant local legislation/regulatory requirements
- •Proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal
- •Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary contact for local regulatory authorities
- •Communicate promptly and effectively with regulatory authorities
- •Provide local regulatory intelligence and expert advice
- •Collect and report locally suspected adverse drug reactions (ADRs) or individual case safety reports (ICSRs)
- •Oversee local risk minimization measures for safety restrictions and emerging issues
- •Prepare and collect documentation for regulatory submissions
- •Review and provide linguistic input on local product information and mock-ups
- •Develop and implement a local pharmacovigilance system in line with global standards
- •Conduct local non-indexed literature screening for potential ADRs and safety information
- •Maintain accurate local records and documentation
- •Support the global regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance operations team
- •Ensure compliance with the Marketing Authorisation Holder's procedures
- •Assist with audits and inspections
- •Manage local quality assurance tasks related to suspected falsified products and quality alerts
