Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social work, education, teaching, pedagogy, psychology, youth work, or other
  • •Experience working with adolescents in residential, boarding, or youth-care settings (min. 6–12 months)
  • •Confident English language competency; German helpful but not required
  • •Valid driving licence (manual transmission, category B or equivalent)
  • •Willingness to work a fixed Thursday–Saturday rota, including overnight duty
  • •Empathy, reliability, and enjoyment of working in a multicultural team
  • •Experience with REACH or iSAMS is a plus, but not required
  • •Proof of immunity against measles confirmed by a doctor or medical certificate of contraindication
  • •Original certificate of the highest obtained (university) degree
  • •Extended certificate of conduct not older than six months

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Supervise and mentor 5–8 boarding students during shifts
  • •Plan and lead activities and local excursions
  • •Support orientation for new boarders
  • •Ensure safety and wellbeing of students on duty
  • •Communicate with parents and teaching staff about student progress
  • •Maintain accurate records and reports using REACH and digital tools
  • •Liaise closely with families regarding student welfare
