Anforderungen
- •University degree in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, process engineering, or comparable qualification
- •Practical experience in battery cell development, preferably in an industrial environment
- •Proven track record in LFP materials
- •Strong analytical competence and teamwork skills
- •High degree of self-initiative and target orientation
- •Communicative skills in an interdisciplinary and international working environment
- •Business fluent English language skills
- •German language skills are a plus
- •Willingness to travel internationally

- •Investigate relationships between LFP material properties and battery performance
- •Characterize LFP cathode materials using various methods
- •Predict cell performance based on material testing
- •Lead technical discussions with LFP material suppliers
- •Stay updated on advancements in LFP material technology
