•Develop the long-term vision for the UTN campus
•Create suitable scenarios, frameworks, and priorities for campus development
•Engage in strategic exchanges with relevant institutions
•Identify campus development priorities through stakeholder engagement
•Enhance a goal-oriented participatory planning process
•Align user group needs with the campus vision and coordinate overall campus planning with university management
•Collaborate with the future Vice President for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence on the physical and digital campus development
•Work closely with the Bavarian Ministry of Science and the state building authority
•Implement efficient structures within the construction department
•Oversee construction progress in line with university growth
•Ensure balanced consideration of sustainability and climate protection
•Comply with all legal requirements
•Establish a change management system for campus development
