## Job Description
The Legal & Responsible Gaming team within our wider Customer Services Division contributes to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of responsible gaming and compliance policies. It has a key function in the satisfactory settlement of complaints within the international Customer Service unit.
You will be mainly responsible for handling or providing expertise to other teams within the Entain group on topics falling into the following areas:
* Handling and assessment of customer cases falling into Responsible Gaming field while contributing to the development of the operational framework
* Proactive customer account reviews and data analysis under Responsible Gaming aspects
* Provide advice or case resolution to Customer Service teams and within the group on operational matters with legal, GDPR, regulatory, and compliance implications in liaison with internal and external counsels
* Complaint reviews, case summaries, mediation, risk management, anti-money laundering, drafting of final case resolutions, handling of related settlement communication
* Collaborate with Compliance, internal and external counsels in reviewing and managing legal documents (ex. out-of-court disputes, letters of intent)
* Contribute to relevant Customer Support and company-wide projects
## Qualifications
