- •2+ years of relevant corporate experience or in a law firm
- •Familiarity with legal topics related to sales, licensing, IP law, data protection law, and corporate law
- •Outstanding communication and writing skills in English; German skills advantageous
- •Experience in working in a global environment across borders
- •Pragmatic approach in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as a liaison between global sales teams and the legal department
- •Create, develop, and maintain customized contracts for product distribution
- •Draft and negotiate various service agreements in collaboration with sales and operational teams
- •Prepare final execution of agreements and manage internal and external communication
- •Examine, adjust, and supplement existing agreements
- •Manage customer and supplier contracts and general contract management
- •Provide legal opinions and conduct research on contract law, betting and gambling law, copyright and media law, and corporate law
- •Coordinate cooperation between commercial departments and external legal advisors as needed
- •Handle administrative and project-related tasks
- •Provide legal advice and training to operational teams across departments
