- •Certified Data Protection Officer, Lawyer, or comparable
- •2 years of experience as data protection officer or DP consultant, preferably in an international company
- •Solid knowledge on Art. 25 proven by relevant certifications
- •Contractual (Art. 28)/ legal support
- •Development of risk treatment plans
- •English and German skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication

- •Serve as the first point of contact for departments and functions
- •Offer legal opinions and advice on data protection laws in Europe and globally

- •Ensure compliant contractual relationships with personal data processors
- •Consult on creating and updating data privacy contracts and policies
- •Assist operational departments with data protection expertise
- •Conduct risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities in data protection
- •Advise on compliance with legal requirements
- •Maintain and further develop data protection regulations and management systems
