Anforderungen

•Certified Data Protection Officer, Lawyer, or comparable
•2 years of experience as data protection officer or DP consultant, preferably in an international company
•Solid knowledge on Art. 25 proven by relevant certifications
•Contractual (Art. 28)/ legal support
•Development of risk treatment plans
•English and German skills sufficient for verbal and written business communication
•Collaborative and disciplined person, effective communicator

Deine Aufgaben

•Provide technical and legal support for data protection-compliant product development
•Serve as the first point of contact for departments and functions
•Offer legal opinions and advice on data protection laws in Europe and globally
•Support the implementation of privacy by design and privacy by default principles
•Ensure compliant contractual relationships with personal data processors
•Consult on creating and updating data privacy contracts and policies
•Assist operational departments with data protection expertise
•Conduct risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities in data protection
•Advise on compliance with legal requirements
•Maintain and further develop data protection regulations and management systems
