Legal Counsel – Corporate and Investment Banking Lawyer(m/w/x)

In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel to the Corporate and Investment Banking division, collaborating closely with local and international teams. Your daily responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing key financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying informed on legal developments.

Anforderungen

• •Fully qualified lawyer or LLM in Germany
• •1-3 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• •Good level of experience in practice areas and enthusiasm to learn new areas
• •Ability to work well and efficiently under pressure
• •Ability to manage a high workload for various business areas
• •Robust and thorough approach to drafting and reviewing documentation
• •Strong ability to work effectively in multi-cultural teams
• •Good understanding of economic background and regulatory aspects of banking and finance
