Anforderungen
- •Strong educational background in Law
- •Expertise in negotiation and legal drafting in energy marketing and trading agreements
- •Minimum of 3 years of experience in an in-house legal role or at an international law firm
- •Knowledge and experience in Natural Gas trading agreements
- •Strong understanding of energy markets and trading instruments
- •Familiarity with EU commodity exchanges and commodity derivative trading
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- •Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- •Ability to find solutions within the legal framework considering business drivers

- •Lead advisory for LNG desk on trade documentation and negotiation
- •Provide clear legal advice on daily LNG commodities transactions

- •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide proactive solutions
- •Analyze regulatory matters related to LNG business activities
