- •Masters in Swiss law and Swiss bar
- •Minimum 3-5 years experience in a legal role in the financial sector
- •Mastery of financial law regulations and various legal areas
- •Open-mindedness and good communication skills
- •Pragmatism and solution orientation
- •Ability to deal with challenges and time pressure
- •Ability to work autonomously
- •Fluency in French and English, ability to read German

- •Support the Head of Legal with litigation matters
- •Review and prepare written and oral legal opinions
- •Draft and review legal documents and contracts
- •Draft and review policies for the legal department
- •Suggest proactive solutions to mitigate risks
- •Build trust-based relationships with internal clients
- •Manage relationships with external counsel and clients
- •Select and manage outside counsel as needed
- •Independently manage legal files with stakeholders
- •Achieve objectives set by the Head of Legal
