Anforderungen
- •University degree in Special Education or comparable education
- •Valid teaching license
- •Proven success as an exceptional teacher in inquiry-focused learning environment

- •Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- •Promote international-mindedness among students
- •Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
- •Provide ongoing feedback to support learner growth
- •Offer tailored learning support and interventions
- •Collaborate with the learning community on teaching approaches
- •Build partnerships with parents through transparent communication
- •Foster a classroom culture that values diversity
- •Conduct student assessments to identify learning needs
- •Implement pre-assessments and post-assessments for interventions

- •Develop and monitor Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and IEPs

- •Support teachers in differentiating curriculum delivery
- •Collaborate with teachers and families for student success

- •Participate in departmental and school meetings
- •Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
- •Initiate and organize case management and IEP meetings
- •Attend parent-student-teacher conferences and school events
- •Maintain relationships with outside professionals
- •Contribute to school resources and information materials
- •Follow procedures for maintaining teaching resources
- •Incorporate diverse materials and experiences into learning
- •Organize and monitor learning resources and technology
- •Develop a library of relevant texts for teachers and parents
