**Your role**
The Learning and Knowledge Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization. By promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration, the Learning and Knowledge Manager stimulates innovation and drives organizational success.
This role coordinates and manages international learning and knowledge management projects, driving innovation in learning methodologies and automation; oversees the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and facilitates the effective rollout of training programs; acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in training and learning, supporting inspection readiness initiatives and inspections/audits; supports the Research & Development (R&D) organization in compliance efforts by ensuring that training programs are thoroughly documented and accessible on a global scale; provides key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness and outcomes; facilitates change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and the adoption of new learning initiatives; evaluates, selects, manages, and oversees vendors and contractors to deliver outsourced training and knowledge management services.
**Who you are**
* Degree in either natural/life sciences, human resources, education, or relevant experience may be considered.
* At least 3 years of experience with Learning & Knowledge Management projects.
* Experience working with digital learning management tools and e-learning platforms.
* Experience with computing (e.g., MS Office, databases, web-based applications), programming, and automation expertise (knowledge in UI Path is a plus).
* Certified trainer and/or consultancy experience.
* Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
* Strong didactic/teaching and consultative skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and processes with professional experience in the field of Drug Development and/or Medical Devices.
* Knowledge of GxP areas and global regulatory requirements.
* Experience in managing change.
* Ability to travel nationally and internationally (may require up to 10% of travel time).
* Fluency in English (oral and written)
