Anforderungen
- •PhD in materials sciences, physics, chemistry, or related discipline
- •Proven experience in material's mechanics applied to functional materials
- •Additional experience in mechanics of complex soft and biological samples
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Strong problem-solving skills
- •Ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external partners
- •Fluency in English and ideally in German

- •Train and co-supervise facility users

- •Expand the methodological portfolio in line with research questions
- •Support correlative characterization efforts at the institute
- •Maintain day-to-day equipment operations in the facility
- •Engage in scientific exchange with internal and external partners
- •Publish and present research results at meetings
