- •Robust portfolio including artwork related to action sports
- •Excellent knowledge of Adobe AI and PS
- •Fluency in English in spoken and written forms

- •Detail oriented, organized, flexible, and meeting deadlines
- •Confidence in leading ideas and collaboration

- •Own and evolve the visual identity
- •Translate innovation and performance into design systems
- •Lead creative direction for winter and urban products
- •Collaborate with industrial design, apparel, footwear, marketing, and content teams
- •Set creative standards and mentor other designers
- •Push boundaries while ensuring function and clarity
- •Conduct market research
- •Identify macro and micro trends using moodboards
- •Research and ideate product graphics and colors
- •Create technical packages for product graphics and colors
- •Develop product range overviews and line plans with product management
- •Present ideas to Product Managers and subsidiaries from ideation to production
- •Follow up on designs and communicate with factories
