Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
•Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce B2C Commerce
•Solid Knowledge/Awareness of MACH Architecture
•Practical experience in Open Source Stack (Java and Springboot or React and NodeJs, Docker, Container Orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AWS or Azure Cloud)
•Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams
•Good understanding of mobile development platforms
•Experience in project and stakeholder management
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Fluent English; German language skills are a plus

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead a team of Software Engineers and Developers
•Drive tech delivery and solution architecture for web and mobile projects
•Implement continuous improvements for eCommerce and mobile applications
•Coordinate solution design and development with internal and external teams
•Support budget discussions for the web and mobile area
•Plan capacity for the IT team's roadmap and backlog
•Oversee code quality and define coding standards and guidelines
•Ensure security, test automation, and technical documentation
•Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership and business owners
•Ensure adherence to IT processes, policies, and guidelines
