Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- •Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce B2C Commerce
- •Solid Knowledge/Awareness of MACH Architecture
- •Practical experience in Open Source Stack (Java and Springboot or React and NodeJs, Docker, Container Orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AWS or Azure Cloud)
- •Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams
- •Good understanding of mobile development platforms
- •Experience in project and stakeholder management
- •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Fluent English; German language skills are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead a team of Software Engineers and Developers
- •Drive tech delivery and solution architecture for web and mobile projects
- •Implement continuous improvements for eCommerce and mobile applications
- •Coordinate solution design and development with internal and external teams
- •Support budget discussions for the web and mobile area
- •Plan capacity for the IT team's roadmap and backlog
- •Oversee code quality and define coding standards and guidelines
- •Ensure security, test automation, and technical documentation
- •Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership and business owners
- •Ensure adherence to IT processes, policies, and guidelines
