Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's Degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- •5+ years of experience as a Designated Engineering Representative (DER), TSO Certification Specialist, or EASA Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) or equivalent
- •Experience in RTCA DO-178(B/C) Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification
- •5+ years’ experience in software engineering
- •12+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- •Current Designated Engineering Representative (DER) or TSO Certification Specialist, or Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE)
- •5+ years of experience in RTCA DO-178(B/C) Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification
- •12+ years’ experience in software development life cycles, configuration management and agile software engineering best practices
- •9+ years’ experience developing, documenting and maintaining architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems
- •9+ years’ experience leading software development projects
- •Experience using common software version control tools such as Git
- •Experience with Agile planning tool such as JIRA, TSF
- •Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

- •Lead and mentor a team of engineers in aircraft software and systems design

- •Serve as the primary liaison for EASA and FAA representatives
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to navigate the certification process
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Boeing's internal standards
- •Analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges with a focus on safety
- •Oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation for certification
- •Monitor project progress to meet safety and certification milestones
- •Develop and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, and designs for software systems
- •Select and deploy processes, tools, and metrics for engineering activities
- •Participate in industry working groups to develop guidance and standards
- •Author internal design practice documentation and command media
