Anforderungen

  • •3+ years of backend development experience
  • •2+ years in project management or account-facing roles
  • •Strong technical toolkit including Python, REST, gRPC, UML, BRD, DFD, ERD, Postman, GAP analysis, CJM, SQL, Apache Kafka, and Redis
  • •Background as a backend engineer
  • •Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and tools like YouTrack and Grafana
  • •Proven stakeholder management and scope-control skills
  • •Strong communication and time-management skills
  • •English language B2+ proficiency
  • •Fluency in Russian language
  • •PMI, PMP, PSM, and PSPO certifications are a plus
  • •Strong 'get things done' mindset
  • •High autonomy and sense of ownership
  • •Strong communication skills and commitment to customer success
  • •Passion for technology that changes business operations
